Maisy Zhu

Maisy Zhu got her Bachelor in Finance Management from Renmin University of China in 2011 and got her Master in International Business from Maastricht University in the Netherlands in 2013. Shortly after graduation she joined the Marketing Department of Stamicarbon where she worked on a Global Customer Satisfaction Project and the product plans of AdBlue and Inspections. Maisy transferred to the Advance Sales Department in 2016 as inside sales responsible for the sales of Spares and Inspections. In 2019 Maisy became the Sales Manager for China responsible for the sales of Advance products in China and Product Manager of Inspections and Repairs.

Chenggang Zhang

Chenggang Zhang is a Chemical Master, graduated from Tsinghua University in China, with more than 20 years’ experience in chemical industry.

Over the period, Chenggang held different positions within different companies of the sector, starting as technology researcher, project coordinator, technical support manager, technical sales manager and licensing manager.

His experiences include researching & developing, project coordination, feasibility study and sales in polyester, formaldehyde, methanol, ammonia and urea.

At present, Chenggang is Chief representative officer and licensing manager Stamicarbon China Office responsible for office operation, marketing and licensing of Stamicarbon’s technologies in China.

Juan Lian

Ms. Juan Lian graduated from Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in International Trade and English. After graduation, she worked as a technicaltranslator and interpreter for several years in the chemical field. During her work, she learned and accumulated knowledge in chemical technology. She joined DSM Beijing Branch in 2009, as a commercial officer, mainly responsible for the pre-sales and after-sales activities for Stamicarbon Urea project. In2016, she earned a master’s degree in management specializing in international market strategy from the Hasselt University in Belgium. After completing her master's thesis during the internship at Stamicarbon, she officially joined the after-sales department of Stamicarbon in the Netherlands as a Sales andsolution manager. Since 2020, she has served as the regional after-sales coordinator (Chinaregion), leading regional sales team,responsible for promoting after-sales related technologies and products for urea plants in China.

Malika Nait Oukhedou

Malika Nait Oukhedou joined Stamicarbon in 2023 as Business Development Manager for Digitalization & Services.

She is responsible for generating new business for Digitalization activities by identifying business opportunities in existing or new markets and developing concepts to sell into these markets.

Malika has over 15 years of international experience within the Oil & Gas and Fertilizer Industry.

Before joining Stamicarbon, she worked for Johnson Matthey & Haldor Topsoe in the Middle East as a Sales Manager responsible for selling various catalyst products & technical services.

Previous to her move to the Middle East, Malika was an OTS Application Engineer and subsequently Sales Engineer at Protomation specializing in Operator Training Simulators.

Malika earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from PXL University in Belgium in 2001.

Eelco Mostert

Mr. Eelco Mostert studied Chemical Engineering and graduated in 2007 at the Hogeschool Zuyd, the Netherlands.

He started his career in 1986 as Process Operator at the caprolactam plant of DSM in the Netherlands. From 2000 to 2005 Mr. Mostert joined the plant staff department of the caprolactam plant.  

After 20 years of operational/plant staff experiences in several processes he joined Stamicarbon in 2005 as a Process Engineer within the Urea Technology Department, delivering services with respect to design and engineering of urea plants.

Until 2014 he was involved in many start-ups, training and commissioning of urea plants worldwide.

From January 2015 he joined the Licensing, Sales & Services Department within Stamicarbon as a Process Services & Solutions Manager. In this role he was responsible for the after sales market initially in the Middle East and the last two years in North America.

Since the 1st of January 2023 he joined the Evolve department as Licensing Manager being part of a team responsible for revamps worldwide.

Maureen Vermeule

Ms. Maureen Vermeule holds a Bachelor Degree in Sales & Marketing, graduating from Hogeschool Zuyd, Sittard, the Netherlands in 1993.

She started her professional career in Sales and after some years she moved to Marketing, working as a product manager in both commercial companies (fastening materials, packaging and non-profit organizations (drinking water). Being responsible for the development and marketing of new products, she managed various international product introductions.

In 2020 she joined Stamicarbon in the role of Market/ Business Intelligence Manager. Her responsibility is to support the organization in developing and building new business opportunities by providing insight into markets (size, trends, dynamics) and into the macro environment (sustainability, economics, demographics.

Mark Sleijser

Mr. Sleijser started working for Stamicarbon in 2013. Since then he has held several positions within the company with a strong focus on Digitalization and Marketing.

Sebastian Murello

Sebastian Murello is a Chemical Engineer, graduated from Universidad Nacional del Sur of Bahia Blanca Argentina, with more than 20 years of international experience in the fertilizer industry.

Over that period, Sebastian held different positions within different companies of the sector, starting as process engineer on End-user side then as urea licensor process engineer, Technical Manager, Project Engineer, deputy Project Manager, Proposal and Licensing Manager.

His experience includes the licensing, engineering and management of proposal and projects of Process Design Packages, Feasibility Studies and EPC fertilizers plants (Ammonia-Urea-Nitric Acid).

At present, Sebastian is Stamicarbon Licensing Manager responsible for the acquisition, management and development of Stamicarbon’s technologies in the SE Asia region.

Didier Croimans

Didier graduated as Master in Mechanical Engienering at the Catholic University of Leuven in 2005. Didier has worked for Stamicarbon as (Sr.) Mechanical engineer since 2018. With a career in pressure vessel design and manufacturing, Didier is active in the Advance Services department, and has been helping clients worldwide with equipment replacement and turnarounds.

Branislav Manic

Mr. Manic received his Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Belgrade in 2006 and Professional Doctorate degree in Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology in 2010.

After working for Sabic for 3 years on improving production processes of polypropylene and low density polyethylene plants, Branislav joined Stamicarbon in 2014 as Urea Process Engineer focused on developing finishing technologies and related design packages. As of 2023 he is acting in the role of Senior Process Engineer.
